Information FOVEKI handles
FOVEKI may process account identity, production details, role and authority assignments, contact information entered by a producer, task updates, acknowledgements, readiness records, communications, attendance context, device notification tokens, and technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
Why the information is used
Information is used to authenticate people, provide the correct production workspace, preserve reporting and authority boundaries, deliver invitations and operational communications, maintain show-day continuity, protect the service, and make actions attributable. FOVEKI does not sell personal information.
Producer-controlled information
The authorized producer decides which people are added to a production, what responsibilities are assigned, and which approved material appears in invitation-only surfaces such as the Press Room. Supporting-role proposals and recorded updates remain attributable; they do not silently become producer decisions.
Service providers and integrations
FOVEKI uses Apple authentication and notification services, Google Firebase infrastructure, and Resend email delivery. If a producer connects an approved external service, FOVEKI uses only the connection and data required for the enabled feature.
Offline continuity
Authorized devices may hold a local show-day snapshot and exchange bounded continuity updates on a nearby network when internet service is interrupted. Snapshot age, pending local actions, reconnection, conflicts, and reconciliation remain visible.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, protect production and authority records, meet legitimate operational or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Account deletion requests can require an orderly transfer or resolution of productions for which the requester is the sole producer.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw optional participation, or ask a producer to correct production contact or role information. Some operational records may need to be preserved with restricted access where deletion would damage another person’s legitimate production record.
Security and changes
FOVEKI uses authentication, authorization rules, limited-role projections, encrypted transport, and service monitoring to reduce risk. No service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will appear here with an updated effective date.
