PRODUCER AUTHORITY · RESPONSIBLE USE

Terms for working with confidence.

FOVEKI helps people coordinate live production. It provides context and an attributable record; it does not replace professional decision-making, emergency services, or the producer’s authority.

Using FOVEKI

You must provide accurate account information, protect access links and credentials, use the service lawfully, and act only within authority legitimately granted to you. Producers are responsible for establishing production authority, inviting appropriate people, and reviewing consequential decisions.

Production decisions remain with the producer

Readiness indicators, reminders, attendance context, proposals, and automated signals are decision support. They are not guarantees that an event is safe, compliant, complete, or ready to open. The authorized producer remains responsible for consequential production decisions and appropriate professional advice.

Emergency and safety use

FOVEKI is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it as the only means of contacting emergency responders, satisfying legal safety duties, or communicating when delay could cause harm. Follow venue procedures, applicable law, and qualified safety direction.

Invitations and confidential information

Invitation and workspace links are intended for the named recipient. Do not forward them or attempt to access production information outside your role. Read-only publication surfaces do not grant Team or operational authority.

Content and permissions

You retain responsibility for information and media you provide. You must have the right to upload, publish, or communicate it, including biographies, headshots, broadcasts, guest information, and production materials.

Availability and continuity

Live production may encounter connectivity, device, third-party, or service interruptions. FOVEKI may provide bounded local continuity tools, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Local actions remain pending until visible reconciliation occurs.

External services

Connected services such as Apple, Google Firebase, Resend, Ticketmaster, or YouTube are governed by their own terms and availability. FOVEKI is not a ticketing system and does not claim authority over an event principal’s external accounts.

Suspension and ending access

Access may be limited or suspended to protect people, production information, service integrity, or legal compliance. Ending an account may require custody or authority issues to be resolved where the account is the sole producer of an active or retained production record.

Service evolution

FOVEKI is evolving. Features and these terms may change. Material changes will appear here with an updated effective date.
